He has more than 25 years in oil and gas industry. In the past, his primary focus was on generating profitable opportunities to grow reserves by developing & stewarding reservoir management plans including infill target maturation, surveillance and production optimization plans fully aligned with the field development & depletion strategies as well as identifying recovery enhancements with off-the-shelf completion technologies and classical reservoir engineering & monitoring technologies.
Strong knowledge of production operations in onshore & offshore settings enables Mr. Mendez effective interfacing with field operations. He has worked as Business Planner in Venezuela & Western Africa, operated and non-operated assets, including asset acquisitions & divestments with a strong focus on economic evaluation.
