Lee is a highly qualified international executive with over 20 years of demonstrated leadership as an Oil Field Services executive.

He also managed a $400m+ global oilfield services division of the company. His education is in Electronic Engineering – Specializing in instrumentation and software

In 1993 Lee started working with seismic survey operations in West Africa, working for Grant Geophysical, where he eventually became a Vice President of Technology.

He restructured Grant Geophysical and Sold it to Geokinetics in 2006. Lee became Executive Vice President – International Operations in Geokinetics, and later an Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations in 2010. In 2016 he left Geokinetics and formed Axxis Geo Solutions working with Ocean Bottom Nodes

He took the company public in 2019 in Norway.

Lee led the company operations doing both Multi-Client and Contract Node operations until 2020 delivering land, Marine, Transition Zone, Ocean Bottom projects.
