Liliana is a petroleum engineer with more12 years’ experience on reservoir engineering subjects and simulation. She has worked at ENI (Italian Oil Company) in Venezuela, at the headquarters in Milan and she also has field operating experience in Algeria, Africa.

She evaluated candidates for Well Services, Workovers and Change of Lifting Method of all the wells at Dación Field, Venezuela.

Her work in Ana and Vesna Fields (dry gas) located in the central part of the Northern Adriatic Area in Croatia, involved in data gathering, updating models, history match, field monitoring, and material balance; risk analysis on static and dynamic model to define uncertainty of the forecasts.

She was involved in the first discovery, two explorative wells drilled in 2002 in Panda Field, Italy. She estimated GOIP using the risk analysis approach, dueto the high level of uncertainty.

Executed a risk analysis to define the GOIP and possible development scenarios in Cassiopea Field, she also supports the geomechanical department in subsidence studies.

Her experience in Liverpool Bay Asset (Hamilton, Douglas and Lennox fields) in UK was validated the GOIP, decline curve analysis for potential estimation, and she proposed additional cases of forecast. In Douglas Field she verified the models, calibrated production fluids, and to understand the pressure support and checking of the development plan. In Lennox Field she estimated the residual oil production profile, and she defined the timing for gas cap blowdown and proposing oil wells to be converted in gas producers.

In Hassi Messaoud-Algeria, she worked for six oil fields ROD, SFNE, BSF, RERN, RAR, and RDB. Her main tasks accomplished were Identify of possible upswept area to improve the oil recovery, she also proposed new well’s locations, conversion of gas to water injector or producer into injectors wells.

Her main role in her extensive experience has been as reservoir modelling (PETREL), history matching, forecasting technique (MBAL, Petroleum Expert), uncertainties analysis and reservoir management.  Currently she is an independent consultant.
